Colorado gave us just about everything she is famous for this week. Extreme cold temps, followed by accumulating snow. Then, blue bird sunshine filled days and warmer temps that inspire all of us to get out and enjoy all that we love to do. While overwintered crops are still thawing out we do have microgreens, potatoes, baby kale, radishes, lots of awesome dry goods, a variety of beef, whole chickens and eggs available this weekend at the farm stand.
