Volunteers

Volunteers are essential at Cure Organic Farm. Their energy, spirit and willingness to work bring a refreshing quality to the farm. Working with our farm staff and interns, volunteers gain the rewarding experience of helping produce beautiful organic vegetables while building a relationship with the land.

Sample volunteer projects might include:

  • Greenhouse work, seeding and transplanting

  • Harvesting

  • Planting crops

  • Seeding in the field

  • Weeding

  • Laying irrigation

  • Farm related construction projects

We invite volunteers to join us on Thursdays from 9:00 am–12 Noon, mid-April through mid-October. We regret that we cannot offer volunteer hours on the weekends, due to our farmer's market schedule.

Children are welcome, as long as they are supervised by their parent/guardian.

What to Bring: Please bring water and wear closed-toe shoes.

No need to call ahead, just show up when you can and be ready to get dirty.

COVID-19 UPDATE

We are not hosting volunteers on the farm at this time, in an effort to help limit the spread of the Coronavirus.
