Watermelon Rhubarb BBQ Sauce: $11

Sweet, Tangy and only a bit spicy - this will go great on ribs, brats, chicken and more.


Tomato Bacon Jam: $11

Ripe tomatoes slow cooked with bacon, a little tangy and a little sweet it goes with well, anything really.


Baba Ghanoush: $8

A roast eggplant spread with tahini, lemon, garlic and spices. Great on crudités, crackers, toast and sandwiches.


Frittata with Roast Vegetables: $12

A mix of bok choy, cauliflower, sweet peppers, herbs and spices with farm eggs and organic heavy cream.


Primavera Pasta Sauce with Pork: $15

Summer Squash, Eggplant, Sweet Peppers and garlic in confit tomato sauce with ground Cure Farm heritage pork.


Peach and Nectarine Jam with Ginger: $11


Pickled Watermelon Rind: $11

Sweet, Sour and a little spicy, pickled watermelon rind is great with BBQ, fried foods or forsnacking.


Pickled Peppers: $11

Semi-Sweet pickled peppers, great with steak, pork, bratwursts and BBQ.


Pork Green Chile: $15

Braised pork in a rich green chile broth with a little sweet corn.


Peach Crisp: $10

Western Slope peaches with a crisp/crumble topping (oats, butter, brown sugar and GF flour)


Herbed Lemon Aioli with Garlic Confit: $5

A little side of aioli to sell with artichokes (dip artichoke in aioli after cooking). (Or enjoy on sandwiches or with crudités). **Contains raw egg**


Basil Pesto: $12

A dairy free pesto made with almonds, garlic, evoo, lemon and of course basil


Confit Tomato Sauce: $15

Our tomatoes cooked low and slow in olive oil with garlic, herbs and spices then gently mashed and canned for a long shelf life


Semi-Sweet Cucumber Pickles with Chile and Mint: $11

A fun twist on bread and butter pickles, a little less sweet with the addition of mint, basil and Chile. Great on rice bowls, in ramen or bao, on Bahn mi or just snacking.


Cucumber Pickles with Juniper and Rosemary: $11

A unique twist on your classic pickled cucumber. Great for snacking, or try on gyros, with roast pork, or as a cocktail garnish!


Peach Tarragon Jam: $11

Great on barbecued meats, grilled chicken or pork chops, would make an awesome wing sauce, also great on toast and other breakfast items.
