September 10th Menu of the Week!

Stop by the Farm Stand (7416 Valmont Rd. Boulder, CO) this week between 12pm-5pm to pick up some delicious meals, sides, desserts and jams to pair along with all the fresh veggies available.

Kimchi Style Fermented Veggies: $7

A mix of our bok choy, pok choi and savoy cabbage with green onion, garlic, ginger, gochugang and a little fish sauce (not vegan). Try with eggs, rice, in sandwiches or salads.


Pickled Watermelon Rind: $11

Sweet, Sour and a little spicy, pickled watermelon rind is great with BBQ, fried foods or for snacking.


Pickled Peppers: $11

Semi-Sweet pickled peppers, great with steak, pork, bratwursts and BBQ.


Pork Green Chile: $8 and $15

Braised pork in a rich green chile broth with a little sweet corn.


Peach Crisp: $10

Western Slope peaches with a crisp/crumble topping (oats, butter, brown sugar and GF flour)


Semi-Sweet Cucumber Pickles with Chile and Mint: $11

A fun twist on bread and butter pickles, a little less sweet with the addition of mint, basil and Chile. Great on rice bowls, in ramen or bao, on Bahn mi or just snacking.


Cucumber Pickles with Juniper and Rosemary: $11

A unique twist on your classic pickled cucumber. Great for snacking, or try on gyros, with roast pork, or as a cocktail garnish!


Basil Pesto: $12

A dairy free pesto made with almonds, garlic, evoo, lemon and of course basil


Confit Tomato Sauce: $15

Our tomatoes cooked low and slow in olive oil with garlic, herbs and spices then gently mashed and canned for a long shelf life


Zucchini Bread with Chocolate Chips $10


Watermelon Gazpacho (FROZEN): $8

Juicy watermelon, ripe tomatoes, a pinch of our own cayenne peppers, cucumber and a bit of sweet onion and evoo. Serve very cold.


Melon and Mint Salad: $6

Mixed melons with fresh mint and a hint of lemon. For a special treat, top with feta cheese!


Stone Fruit Jam Cardamom $11

Peach and Nectarine Jam with cardamom.


Herbed Lemon Aioli with Garlic Confit: $5

A little side of aioli to sell with artichokes (dip artichoke in aioli after cooking). (Or enjoy on sandwiches or with crudités). **Contains raw egg**


Peach Tarragon Jam: $11

Great on barbecued meats, grilled chicken or pork chops, would make an awesome wing sauce, also great on toast and other breakfast items.


Nectarine Ginger Jam: $11 & $15

My best jam yet in my humble opinion, really let the nectarines shine here with a little kiss of ginger at the end.


Stone Fruit Jam with Tulsi and Sweet Basil $11

Peaches and Nectarines With Tulsi and Sweet Basil. Try it with Cheeses, on a grilled cheese, in sandwiches, on toast or swirled into your favorite breakfast bowl.


Spiced Zucchini Marmalade: $4

A classic orange and pineapple marmalade with the addition of grated zucchini and sweet baking spices (cinnamon, clove…)
