Watermelon Gazpacho: $8

Juicy watermelon, ripe tomatoes, a pinch of our own cayenne peppers, cucumber and a bit of sweet onion and evoo. Serve very cold.


Watermelon Mint Salad: $8

Watermelon with fresh mint and a hint of lemon. For a special treat, top with feta cheese!


Roast Kale Pesto: $10

Roast kale with olive oil, lemon, walnuts and garlic. Freezes well.


Meatballs! With Confit Tomato Sauce $25

Ready to take home and heat in the oven for dinner. Farm raised pork and beef with gluten free breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, herbs and spices with a generous helping of our confit tomato sauce. Preheat oven to 350. Remove lid from foil pan and cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake ten minutes more. Internal temperature of meatballs should be 165 degrees. Freezes well.


Shishito Peppers with Prosciutto Lardons: $10

Take and bake - shishito peppers tossed with rendered prosciutto fat and flake salt, topped with crispy prosciutto bits.

Remove lid and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, peppers should be soft and prosciutto just crisp.


Stone Fruit and Cardamom Jam $11

Peach and Nectarine Jam with cardamom.


Herbed Lemon Aioli with Garlic Confit: $5

A little side of aioli to sell with artichokes or enjoy on sandwiches (BLT!) or with crudités. **Contains raw egg**


Zucchini Bread with Chocolate Chips $10

Freezes well.

Peach Tarragon Jam: $11

Great on barbecued meats, grilled chicken or pork chops, would make an awesome wing sauce, also great on toast and other breakfast items.


Veggie Frittata: $12

Farm fresh eggs, with organic heavy cream, cauliflower, sweet peppers, broccoli, herbs and spices. Enjoy cold or warm gently in the oven before enjoying.


Basil Pesto: $12

A dairy free pesto made with almonds, garlic, evoo, lemon and of course basil. Freezes well.


Confit Tomato Sauce: $15

Our tomatoes cooked low and slow in olive oil with garlic, herbs and spices then gently mashed and canned for a long shelf life.

Semi-Sweet Cucumber Pickles with Chile and Mint: $11

A fun twist on bread and butter pickles, a little less sweet with the addition of mint, basil and Chile. Great on rice bowls, in ramen or bao, on Bahn mi or just snacking.


Stone Fruit Jam with Tulsi and Sweet Basil $11

Peaches and Nectarines With Tulsi and Sweet Basil. Try it with Cheeses, on a grilled cheese, in sandwiches, on toast or swirled into your favorite breakfast bowl.


Rhubarb Vanilla Jam: $11


Spiced Zucchini Marmalade: $11 & $4 (2 sizes)

A classic orange and pineapple marmalade with the addition of grated zucchini and sweet baking spices (cinnamon, clove…)
