Smoky Tomato Jam: $9

Vegan version of our tomato bacon jam


Lacto Fermented Cucumber Pickles: $7

“Half sour” cucumber pickle with garlic, dill, and Himalayan pink salt


Poblano Potato Chowder with Sweet Corn and Bacon: $15

Potatoes, Bacon, Poblanos, Sweet Corn and a little organic heavy cream


Apple Butter with Ginger and Star Anise: $11 (in jars) $9 (in delis)

Slow cooked apples with intense silky apple flavor and bright herbaceous rosemary. Try it on roasted and grilled meats, on pancakes and waffles, with cheese or on toast.


Melon Jam with Cardamom and Honey: $11

Melons with Honey and Cardamom, for best texture, refrigerate before enjoying


Red Pepper Jam: $11

Red Peppers and Apples cooked down with cider vinegar, sugar, ginger, and cinnamon. For best texture, refrigerate before enjoying.


Tomato Bacon Jam: $12

Great on everything, seriously. Semi sweet, savory, tangy, awesome.

Dairy free basil pesto with almonds.


Watermelon Rhubarb BBQ Sauce: $11

Sweet, Tangy and only a bit spicy - this will go great on ribs, brats, chicken and more.


Pork Green Chile: $15

Braised pork in a rich green chile broth with a little sweet corn.


Apple Crisp: $12

Apples with a crisp/crumble topping (oats, butter, brown sugar and GF flour)


Confit Tomato Sauce: $15

Our tomatoes cooked low and slow in olive oil with garlic, herbs and spices then gently mashed and canned for a long shelf life


Semi-Sweet Cucumber Pickles with Chile and Mint: $11

A fun twist on bread and butter pickles, a little less sweet with the addition of mint, basil and Chile. Great on rice bowls, in ramen or bao, on Bahn mi or just snacking.

Peach Tarragon Jam: $11

Great on barbecued meats, grilled chicken or pork chops, would make an awesome wing sauce, also great on toast and other breakfast items.
