Our first seed orders have been placed for the season ahead. The hoop houses have a variety of baby greens, turnips and spinach up and growing slowly. Our cover crops in the field have germinated, but sure would love some wet snow. Our new 2022 egg layers are off to a great start and the Lucy is in the farrowing area set to deliver our first litter of piglets after the first of the new year. While it sure is quiet around the farm these days, the cycle continues.
