Volunteering

Volunteers are essential at Cure Organic Farm. Their energy, spirit and willingness to work bring a refreshing quality to the farm. Working with our farm staff, interns and apprentices, volunteers gain the rewarding experience of helping produce beautiful organic vegetables while building a relationship with the land.

We have set volunteer hours each week that are seasonally based.

Volunteer days are: Thursdays, 9-12 starting April 19th, 2012 no need to call us ahead of time, just show up during volunteer hours and get ready to get dirty

 

Sample volunteer projects might include:

Greenhouse work, seeding and transplanting	Harvesting
Farm-related construction projects	Laying irrigation
Planting cover crops	Weeding
Seeding in the field
