Jam Making with Michelle
What better way to preserve the summer's fruit and fill your pantry than by making jam. CSA member Michelle Drenick happens to be a jam lover and is enthusiastic about sharing the art and science of jam making! Michelle will be hosting Jam Making classes here at the farm at the Farm Store. Participants will learn all of the steps to making low sugar fresh fruit jams in class. Each class will make 2-3 batches of jam using Colorado organic fruit including strawberries, apricots & peaches. Bring your own apron if you like and be ready to make jam!

Cost: $36 (includes certified organic fruit, sugar, lemons, pectin, & jars)
Class participants will take home jars of low sugar jam made in class, as well as recipes & techniques used in class to continue making jam on your own. Classes limited to 6 participants for guaranteed hands on experience.
