History of our store: We are so fortunate to farm in this location. Since the 1960’s the Ellis family has owned and grown crops on this land. John Ellis’s late father Martin Ellis grew everything from evergreen trees to sweet corn. He would set up picnic tables full of fresh sweet corn, tomatoes and winter squash underneath the big willow tree out front. People could stop by the farm as they chose and help themselves to whatever was in season, leaving their money in a coffee can. To continue that tradition, in 2006 we set up our own farm stand, which has now grown into our Farm Store. Stop by and enjoy what's in season.

 

Over the course of the season we offer our certified organic vegetables, fruit, meat, eggs, flowers, honey and wool for sale along with other local products. Here's what's in the store this week:

Meat	Pork: italian sausage, brats, breakfast sausage, spare ribs, loin roast, chops, organ meat shoulder roast, belly, shoulder steaks (from our heritage Berkshire pigs) Lamb: (Coming Soon) chops, ground, organ meat, riblets, shanks (from Cure Farm heritage Rambouillet lambs) Chicken: coming later this season (from Cure Farm Cornish Cross chickens) Grassfed Beef: ground, steaks, roasts, stew meat, organ meat (from Silva's Highlands: Natural Homestead Beef) *all of our animals are pasture raised and hormone & antibiotic free (see our animal practices)
Flowers & Plants	A variety of plant starts for your garden including tomatoes (heirloom & hybrid varieties), peppers, greens, broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, herbs and many more. Agrostemma flowers *all plants & flowers are certified organic
Honey	Cure Organic Farm honey *honey is raw, unprocessed wildflower honey from our antibiotic free bees (see our animal practices)
Wool	skeins (natural and dyed colors), raw wool, roving from our Rambouillet sheep *all of our sheep are pasture raised and hormone & antibiotic free (see our animal practices)
Coffee	12 oz. cans from Conscious Coffees *fair trade, organic see more about our local partners
