If you prefer to use a credit card, you may do so by using our secure transaction system on Paypal. There is a 3% handling fee to cover the cost of this transaction.

Pick-up Site Options (please check one)
CSA shares will be available for pick up each Wednesday evening from June 4th to October 15th. Please choose which location is more convenient for you for the duration of the season. All produce available will be the same at all locations. At the Boulder Farmers' Market, we will have pre-made boxes ready for your pick up. At the farm, CSA members will bag their own items.

Membership Pledge: In becoming a member of the Cure Organic Farm CSA, I understand that I am making a financial commitment for the 2008 season. I recognize that due to the inherent risks of farming there are no guarantees on the exact amount of produce I will receive, but I am willing to share the risks and reap the benefits along with the farmers. I understand that no refunds for CSA shares will be granted during the season. It is my responsibility to pick up my share at my pick up site during the designated time period, or to send someone in my absence.
